UKG Pro is a human capital management (HCM) system designed to meet the HR and payroll needs of midsize companies and enterprises. In addition to global payroll processing, Workforce Now’s features include employee management, tax and compliance services, time and attendance, talent management and benefits administration. By contrast, Workforce Now is sold in three versions that bundle payroll and tax management, employee management and engagement, onboarding and document management. ADP’s Plus and Premium Workforce Now plans add benefits administration, and Premium comes with time and attendance tracking, which is sold as an add-on for the company’s Select and Plus packages. ADP made its name in the business world decades ago by offering automated payroll processing, which remains a key component of the company’s Workforce Now and other HRIS products. Over the years, the company has expanded into HR products that let organizations manage their own payroll and employee management, as well as professional employer organization (PEO) and other HR outsourcing services.

A single application with single sign-on simplifies tasks, saving you time. Administrator RegistrationAdministrators (practitioners) can now securely access ADP services from any computer (private or shared) and on any supported browser. We will automatically update the system with new payroll-related regulatory changes and Statutory holiday calculations, so that you know things are being calculated the right way. Additionally, services and support are provided in English and French so you also comply with Bill 96.
